Showbiz Blah! is an entertainment-lifestyle online news-magazine portal published online on a daily basis with a virtual address: www.showbizblah.com

The news portal covers different segments of showbiz and entertainment (television, movies, celebrities, music, concerts-shows, and events), together with lifestyle stories.

Showbiz Blah! Editorial Consultants include Danton Remote, Lindablue Barton, Monty Tirasol, and Manny Marinay.


Danton Remoto has been writing for the Philippine press for more than 30 years. He has been an Editor at The Sunday Times Magazine and the Philippine Daily Inquirer. He also wrote for The Manila Chronicle and National Midweek. At present, he is an Op-Ed columnist for the Philippine Star. His novel, Riverrun, will be published by Penguin Books in April 2020


Lindablue Barton is an, AB Journalism graduate from UP College of Mass Communication. Worked with Philippine Daily Inquirer, and Saipan Tribune and contributed articles in various US-based magazines.


Monty dipped his fingers in almost everything showbiz has to offer. In the 80's, he worked his way up from contributing writer to columnist to assistant editor. By 2004, over at Bagong Sibol Publications,he was picked to be assistant editor of its national tabloid. He then ventured into movie script-writing at the same time movie acting through Rose Flaminiano's FLT Films. Monty was a business management major at the Ateneo de Manila University. Currently, he is rendering his advocacy as a family community specialist/social worker at a government-funded countrywide pre-K educational program abroad.

Manny Marinay is a PR practitioner and film producer and own Fluid Media.
He writes for different newspapers and publications before he ventured into film productions and public relations. His last stint as a journalist was with The Manila Standard as a News Editor. Manny is a former Associate Director of the Manila times. He graduated from the University of the Philippines in Diliman with a degree in Comparative Literature minor in Third World Literature in 1991.
