Now that our nation and the world is experiencing the pandemic crisis due to COVID-19, moreover the quarantine and lockdown, a lot of people tend to experience stress, uneasiness, worry, fear, and whole lot of emotions, that is why Mental Health is being raised by different advocates. Just recently, the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) did an online press briefing to give the status of the institution and to promote one of their programs which is the “Tara Usap Tayo” hotline, where they urges people to call and converse with the doctors of NCMH.

Binahagi rin nya ang mga nararanasan nya tuwing magkakaroon siya ng anxiety at panic attack. Sabi pa ni Julia na marami na siyang awareness na pinagdaanan, sabi pa niya “you also have to help yourself try to find out what works for you. I’ve also just been blessed that I’ve been surrounded by people who totally know how to deal with me when I get an attack.”

Hindi biro ang depression at maraming tao at organisasyon ang handing tumulong kung ikaw ay nahaharap sa ganitong sitwasyon. Unang-una na dito ang inyong kamag-anak o kaibigan pero kung talagang hindi mo kaya may mga grupo o organisasyon tulad ng National Center for Mental Health na handang makinig sayo.
