Sharon, may isyu na naman kay KC

 Megastar Sharon Cuneta once again poured out her sentiments days ago via her IG live as she spontaneously talked about issues concerning her and her family. Recently, Sharon was facing controversies as she came to her daughter Frankie Pangilinan’s defense after being cyberbullied by a certain Sonny Alcos. Dito na nagsimula ang pag-apela ni Sharon na pakinggan at sana ay unawain ang kanyang hinaing lalo pa’t anak at asawa na niya ang tinitira ng mga detractors nila sa pulitika. It’s a known fact that Senator Kiko Pangilinan belongs to the Liberal Party pero si Sharon ay mayroon ding koneksyon sa mga Duterte dahil itinuturing niyang kaibigan ang Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte at si Davao City Mayor Inday Sarah Duterte-Carpio. 
 
Ano kaya ang dahilan at deadma lang si KC?

Her parents’ stand and connection in politics doesn’t stop Frankie from having her own political conviction, views and opinions. Sa edad na 19, maagang namulat si Frankie sa pulitika. She outspokenly writes her thoughts and speaks her mind on social media platforms na talaga namang malaki ang impluwensya lalo na sa mga kabataan ngayon.

Dito rin makikita na malaya si Frankie na ihayag ang saloobin. Ayon pa kay Sharon, her daughter has her own mind at hindi nila dinidiktahan ang kanilang mga anak sa kung ano ang gusto o ayaw nilang paniwalaan sa nangyayari sa paligid.

Being Frankie’s mom, Sharon knows very well kung kanino nagmana ang anak sa pagiging outspoken at pagkakaroon nito ng interes sa usaping pulitika. Siyempre, bukod sa Senador ang ama ni Frankie na si Sen. Kiko, malaking bahagi rin ng katauhan ni Sharon and kanyang amang si Mayor Pablo Cuneta .

Sabi pa ni Ate Shawie, baby pa man daw si Frankie nu’ng mawala ang Lolo Pablo niya, pero nasa genes na nila ang public service. ‘Yun malamang ang namana ni Frankie. Wala man siya sa pulitika pero naipapa-abot niya sa tao ang gusto niyang sabihin concerning our country’s social and political issues.

Hindi natapos ang mga bashers sa pag-lambast kay Frankie. They shamelessly compare her to KC Concepcion (Frankie’s elder sister) who is Sharon’s eldest daughter from her first husband Gabby Concepcion. Grabe pa ang mga salitang ginagamit ng mga ito laban kay Frankie, kawawa talaga si bagets.

 Dito na umalagwa ang luha ni Mega at umapela kay KC. “I wish Ate (KC) would say something and come to the rescue of everybody…I wish Ate would come out and say, “Stop doing this to my Mom and my sister.”

“At the same time I don’t want her to get involved because I know they’ll pick on her.” agad pang bawi ng Megastar.

Silence from KC’s end may be misinterpreted by others but it’s the only way to be at peace in this mad world.

 Frankie Pangilinan, daughter of famous parents Megastar Sharon Cuneta and Senator Kiko Pangilinan, has blossomed into a tough young lady. Sa murang edad, aktibo na si Frankie sa social media pero in fairness, makabulahan ang mga puntong dini-discuss niya. 


Gandang may tapang at lumalaban
She’s been vocal about her views on political and social issues. What’s amazing is that she is only 19 years old! For a teenager to be socially and politically aware of what’s going on around her and to show concern for others in need speaks volume of her character and what she is destined to become in the future.

Recently, naging laman ng balita ang panganay nina Sharon at Sen. Kiko dahil sa kanyang reaksyon to a news report of a social media post from a police station in Lukban, Quezon that was victim-blaming women, na diumano’y dapat iwasan na raw ng mga babae ang pagsuot ng pagkaikli-ikling damit para hindi mabastos. 
  Kinontra ng dalaga ang pahayag na ito at sinabing hindi dapat palitan ang mga kasuotan ng mga kababaihan kundi ang kaisipan ng mga kalalakihan na huwag magbigay ng malisya at mag-isip ng masama sa mga babae. Dito nag-uugat aniya ang rape. sabi ni Frankie: "Stop teaching girls how to dress?? Teach people not to rape”.

Sinundan naman ito ng mga post ng beteranong radio broadcaster/ journalist na si Ben Tulfo na tinawag pa si Frankie na “hija” at “the wannabe smart alec” at sinabi pang “Sexy ladies, careful with the way you dress up! You are inviting the beast”.

Denepensahan naman ni Frankie ang kanyang stand against Mr. Tulfo’s post at sinabi na the way anyone dresses should not be deemed as an opportunity to sexually assault them.

This battle has gone a long way. 

Frankie on the other hand has gotten many supporters especially from women all over the world standing up and fighting for the right to be heard against rape, sexual assault and other similar cases. Rape is a heinous crime!(True!-Ed)

 It is not about what a woman wears or how she dresses up. It is about a man’s character, his morals. The way he thinks. If he puts malice and has the intent to rape a woman regardless kahit ano pa ang suot nito -- gagawin pa rin ng salarin.

Habang may malisya at maduming kaisipan ang isang tao, patuloy na magkakaroon ng krimen na rape. At ito ang punto na ipinaglalaban ni Frankie!

Eto na, sa gitna ng kontrobersiya nina Frankie at Ben Tulfo, isang nagngangalang Sonny Alcos ang biglang bumulaga sa social media. Nag-comment ang may edad nang lalaki sa isa sa mga posts na kung 12 yrs old daw lamang siya, hahanapin daw niya si Frankie para I-rape. At hindi daw siya makukulong dahil sa batas na ginawa ng tatay ni Frankie na Juvenile Justice Law. Kakalokah to the highest level ang taong ito!

 Pero hindi ito pinalampas ni Sharon. Sa tindi ng galit ng Megastar, hina-hunting ni Sharon ngayon ang taong ito para papanagutin ang super libelous niyang threat kay Frankie. Sumabog sa galit si Sharon, at sa kanyang Instagram posts, napag-alamang London based pala ang taong ito.

Nakasampa na sa DOJ ang pormal na reklamo kay Sonny Alcos at ang latest ay na identify and at na trace na daw nila ang kinaroroonan nito.

Because of her strength of character, hindi maiiwasang maikumpara si Frankie sa ibang teenagers na tila walang ginawa kundi kumutkot ng gadget o magpasaway sa kanilang magulang.

She has become a brave and intelligent young lady who is not afraid to face the world because she knows how to play the game of life.

Hindi rin siya ‘yung takaw atensyon. Low key lamang ang dalagang ito, nagkataon lang na may mga punto siyang ipinaglalaban.Kaya boooom! (Mabuhay ka Frankie!-Ed).

 As they say, one of the secrets of a man’s or a woman’s success lies on how he or she chooses a partner. If your partner soars with you through greater heights, is happy and proud of your success, someone who is secure about himself-- then, wagi ka! Sa ganitong criteria pasok ang tandem ng mag-asawang Mayor Richard Gomez at Congw. Lucy Torres-Gomez na hindi lang ideal couple sa mundo ng showbiz kundi pati sa kanilang constituents sa Ormoc City, Leyte.

Lucy started her political career when she ran for congress in 2016 and won the congressional seat in the 4th District of Leyte. She, who is known to be soft spoken, compassionate, intelligent and level headed won the hearts of the Ormocanons on her first try to run for Congress marahil dahil alam ng mga tao na malaki ang maitutulong ni Congw. Lucy sa probinsya nila.

Even during the peak of his career as an actor, Richard already showed interest in public service.

 In the 90’s, he spearheaded MAD (Mamamayan Ayaw Sa Droga), the youth movement campaigning against illegal drugs, and other sports related activities . And in 2016, he won the mayoralty race and is now doing an awesome job for the people of Ormoc.

 taga Ormoc sa pamamalakad ni Mayor Goma kaya siguradong merong peace and order sa kanilang lugar.


 Despite his busy schedule, Richard makes sure to end his day doing simple things for his family. Cooking for his lovely daughter Juliana is something he does best, also making sure she is safely home with her family. Ganoon din kay Congw. Lucy, super asikaso rin siya ng asawang mayor.

 On his free time, he personally feeds his “alagas”- dogs, turtles, geese, chicken, turkey and other animals that roam around freely in their backyard.

Richard loves to cook and he experiments on recipes that turn out to be tasty dishes. Bongga ang al fresco dining area nina Richard at Lucy na may kitchen, napaka-aliwalas tingnan. Parang ang sarap magluto araw-araw ‘pag ganoon ka presko sa kusina mo, di ba?

 Patuloy naman ang pagtaas ng bilang ng subscribers ng You Tube Channel ni Goma and all the pleasant comments show he is making it right as a family man and a public servant.

 Maswerte ang Ormoc, dahil bongga ang tandem ng mag-asawang Mayor Richard at Congw. Lucy.

Suportado nila ang isa’t isa and at the same time hindi sila ‘yung nakikialam sa diskarte na ginagawa ng bawat isa for their constituents.

 This, I think, is enough to make Ormoc shine.


Kris Aquino: Nag-enjoy sa lockdown

 Kris Aquino will surely miss the serene island life as she is now back in her home in Quezon City with her sons, Josh and Bimb. Matatandaang inabutan ng lockdown nu’ng March 15, 2020 sa Puerto Galera sina Kris, Josh at Bimby habang nasa bakasyon sa resort ni Willie Revillame.

Minabuti ni Kris na lumipat sa ibang resort hotel dahil nahihiya umano siya kay Willie kahit sabihin pang good friends sila, ayaw daw niyang sabihing tini-take advantage ang kabaitan ng kaibigang game show host.

When Kris and her sons transferred to another resort, Willie made sure Kris was okay dahil nga bisita sila sa nasabing lugar. Willie had two of his staff, Chec and Randy, accompany Kris just to make sure they are comfy at may makakasama sila nina Josh at Bimby. Kris was just as happy to have been welcomed by the residents of Calapan and Puerto Galera island kaya in return nagpa-abot din ng tulong si Kristeta sa mga nawalan ng trabaho pati na sa kalapit bayan ng Calapan dahil sa lockdown.

During her stay in Puerto Galera, her health was not that stable kaya strictly monitored siya. Buti na lang merong nurse and doctor who regularly looks after her and checks on her. Maging si Bimby eh nagkasakit din doon, buti na lang maagap at maalaga si Kris at malaking tulong din na may katuwang siya sa paligid niya.

Sa totoo lang, na shock ang marami nu’ng makita ang mga posts ni Kris sa social media na naka-simpleng shirt at shorts lamang siya, na to most of the Filipino viewers is the epitome of class, the one who always dresses up in signature clothes and a woman of style. 

Pero nakakatuwang makita si Kris donned in a simple white shirt and hawaiian shorts na nabili daw nila from a store sa Calapan.

Josh also wore the same in their photo together. Hmmn, seems they have embraced not only the beauty of nature but also the simple joys of life.

 Back now in her Quezon City home, Kris is enjoying her time especially with Josh who just turned 25 years old last week. Mabuti na lang hindi na masyadong inallergy si Kris while they were traveling back home. Kris once again thanked the people who have been so helpful to them, who cooked for them while on lock down. In return, walang humpay naman ang pa-FB live ni Kristeta at nagsi-share ng blessings sa mga netizens. Bongga, di ba?

So, watch and wait na lang tayo kung ano ang mga ganap sa buhay ni Kris in the coming days. 

We may not get to see her on national TV but her star continues to radiate and her name continues to ring bells than those in the mainstream. Aminin!

 Yes, Coco Martin or popularly known by his fans as Cardo Dalisay and the rest of the FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano cast are now set to tape new episodes for their fans to enjoy.

We all know that Metro Manila and Luzon are now under general community quarantine and we still have to take extra precautions due to the dreadful Covid-19 pandemic. Dahil dito, minabuti nina Coco, cast ng FPJAP at ng crew nito na ma-confine sa isang lugar at doon lang mag-taping para hindi na nila kailangang lumabas pa at makihalo sa iba like the usual taping days that they used to do.

I’m sure, aware naman si Coco bilang aktor at direktor ng show sa mga protocols and rules that have been set by the government to ensure everyone’s safety.

Matatandaang halos mag-rally online ang fans ni Cardo sa pagkawala ng FPJAP. It was on May 5, 2020 when ABS-CBN went off the air at hanggang ngayon dinidinig pa rin sa kongreso ang isyu ng franchise renewal ng istasyon. Kaya akala ng lahat katapusan na rin ng paborito nating bida at hero sa telebisyon. Wow mali pala ang mga detractors ni Coco! 

Magiging mataas pa rin kaya ang rating ng FPJAP?

Well, FPJAP will be shown on the Kapamilya Channel on Sky Cable television, TFC, Cinemo sa may mga TV Plus as well as other cable TV channels. 

The teaser of FPJAP’s comeback is also being shown on the internet and on DZMM teleradyo. Ipinapakitang namamahay-mahay si Cardo na tila naghahanap ng bagong matutuluyan. Papasukin naman natin siyang muli sa ating mga tahanan. Why not?

  Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin continues to win the hearts of the public as she shows full support and gives donations for those in need during this time of pandemic. Since the rise of Covid-19 in the Philippines, Angel has been reaching out to people in need of food, PPE’s (personal protective equipment), hospital tents and other stuff.

Minsan nang ginampanan ni Angel ang Darna sa telebisyon. Today, she is living her role as the country’s real life super hero dahil sa maagap na pagtulong sa kapwa. More than that, people feel she has great compassion for those in need kaya kitang-kita ang dedikasyon niya sa lahat ng kanyang mga charity works. Kilala si Angel sa bigay todong pagtulong kaya naman kesehodang ibenta ng aktres ang kanyang luxury car alang-alang sa kawang-gawa. 
Sabi nga, if it’s for charity and for the love of others- it won’t hurt. Ganyan siguro ang naramdaman ni Angel nu’ng mag-desisyon siyang I-donate ang kanyang Dodge Durango para makabili ng mass testing kits para mas marami pa ang maka-avail ng testing for Covid-19. Kung ating matatandaan, nu’ng nag- super typhoon Yolanda sa Tacloban City, Leyte isa rin si Angel sa namahagi ng tulong. Hindi lang ‘yan, she even sold her luxury car which she bought pa in the States para makadagdag sa pantulong sa mga biktima ng Yolanda at ayuda sa mga biktima ng giyera. May mga nagtatanong, bakit daw ito ginagawa ni Angel?

Hindi hindi naman daw siya tumatakbo for public office o wala naman siyang katungkulan sa gobyerno. 

 Hindi kailangan ng kahit na sino na magkaroon ng puwesto o katungkulan para tumulong sa kapwa. Kaya siguro with this in mind, Angel and her fiance, Neil Arce, have never ceased helping and reaching out to those in need. 

 Patuloy pa rin ang Unitent project ni Angel na itinatayo sa mga ospital at pag-donate niya ng ibang kailangan ng mga nawalan ng trabaho dahil sa pandemic na ito. 

 Hindi lang si Angel, pati sina Bea Alonzo, Ara Mina Kim Chiu, Anne Curtis are also doing their share sa pagtulong sa mga frontliners, mga ospital at mga biktima ng Covid-19. In fact, the I Am Foundation organized by Bea already reached a whopping 9- million pesos in donation. Anne on her part, is giving her designer Chanel sling bag for auction. 

 See, hindi kailangang magka-posisyon sa gobyerno para makatulong. Patuloy nating labanan ang Covid-19 at sa abot ng ating makakaya let us reach out and help others in this time of great need.

Kim Chiu: Humahataw online

 Kim Chiu is at it again. After the much talked about barilan incident kung saan nabaril ang van ng aktres two months ago dahil daw sa mistaken identity, Kim has been taking the news by storm these days after she poured out her sentiments together with some Kapamilya stars via Zoom app. Naging emosyonal si Kim sa pagpapasara ng NTC ng kanilang home network. Sa kanyang monologue, kinumpara niya ang “Law ng Classroom” sa nangyaring closure ng ABS-CBN.
Kim was so emotional while she was saying her piece hoping that everyone will get her point. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to convey her message properly kaya ang ending, nakahanap agad ng butas ang mga bashers para punahin at birahin si Kim. In less than 24 hours, maraming memes, lait at okray ang kumalat sa lahat ng social media platforms- name it!

Nag-explain si Kim and she apologized via her Instagram account na sobrang nadala siya ng emosyon at maging siya ay hindi na rin maintindihan ang ibig niyang sabihin tungkol sa law ng classroom. She thought dahil nasabi na niya ang punto niya, titigil na ang mga haters sa pambu-bully.

 But it didn’t stop. In fact, it even worsened. Aminado si Kim na naapektuhan siya nang husto at ito raw ang isa sa depressing moments ng buhay niya.

Ilang araw ding hindi hinawakan ni Kim ang kanyang telepono, lumayo siya sa social media at iilan lang ang gusto niyang makaharap. Patuloy namang bumuhos ang suporta kay Kim from all walks of life- including her family, friends and fans. But there are still people who’d rather choose to hate Kim than appreciate her so ayun, patuloy ang pagkalat ng memes at bashing online.

 People close to Kim, especially her co-stars, came to her defense and even posted on their social media accounts their support for Kim.

Later on, she realized hindi tinatambayan ang mga ganitong depressing thoughts.
She had to move forward. And she did.

Ngayon, isa ng kanta ang naging sentimyento ni Kim. Who would have thought that one can turn pain into a song? 

 Through Star Records nag collaborate si Kim at ang sumulat sa kanya ng open letter sa FB na si Adrian Crisanto. Ito ay ginawan ng beat at melody ni DJ Squammy, ang nag post ng viral remix ng “Bawal Lumabas” track.
Ang resuta, the Bawal Lumabas: The Classroom Song has gone viral and earned 10 million views across Facebook and You Tube in just a day. In fact, on Monday (May 25) it’s going to be officially released in all digital platforms.

 Thankful si Kim na sa kabila ng sakit sa loob na natanggap niya sa pambu-bully at bash mas marami pa rin ang nagka-interes at natuwa sa kanta niya. Hay naku, ‘yan na-bless pa tuloy si Kim dahil sa kakalait ng iba sa kanya.

 Is it true that Aiko Melendez and her politician boyfriend Zambales Vice Gov. Jay Khonghun have called it quits? Sa gitna ng usapin ngayon sa showbiz tungkol sa global pandemic, network franchise at mga artistang bina-bash dahil sa paglabas ng kanilang saloobin, jumoin na rin ang chikang on the rocks (o break na?) sina Aiko at ang bf niyang si Vice Gov. Jay. Hmmn, how true?

Since they both admitted last year that they were dating and soon after got into a relationship, matatandaang sinabi ni Aiko sa isang interview na feeling niya itong relasyon niya kay Vice Gov. Jay ang talagang match made in heaven. Even in her you tube video where she was joined by Carmina Villaroel, Candy Pangilinan and Gelli de Belen-- her best friends in showbiz, Aiko was vocal enough to say na feeling niya si Jay na ang huling taong mamahalin niya. Kasundo rin daw nito ang mga anak niya at nage-effort daw ito lalo na kapag meron silang misunderstanding. Pati sa pamilya niya, okay si Jay kaya ganoon na lang ito kung ipagmalaki ni Aiko.

Days after, may mga donations ding ipinaabot si Aiko sa mga ospital at sinabi niyang galing ito sa kanila ni Vice Gov. Jay. Pagkatapos nito ay saka naman lumutang ang isyung nagkakalabuan na raw ang dalawa.


Kahit unti-unti nang kumakalat ang isyu tungkol sa hiwalayan nila ng jowa, dedma lang si Aiko. Hanggang ngayon, ‘di pa rin siya nagko-komento o nagbibigay ng statement re their relationship status. Oh well, kung ano man ang pinagdadaanan ni Aiko ngayon, knows naming keri niya at malalampasan niya ito. Sana nga hindi true na waley na sila ni Vice Gov. Jay kasi she had high hopes din naman for them from the start. Pero kung talagang hindi na magwork out, surely merong mas bonggang nakalaan para kay Aiko- kung sa karera o lovelife?
